Attached restaurant (pancake house) was quite good. Portions were enormous - most could serve two people quite easily. Sauna was not operational. Hot tub needed to be much hotter and cleaned.Room had not been cleaned. Bath tub needs non-skid strips - very slippery. New management for hotel?

Proceed with Caution

I saw the reviews weren’t great, but the convenience was worth it… However, they had a giant trashcan in the middle of the hall, catching water from my leaking pipe, the beds were so uncomfortable, and the room felt dirty. Also, my screens were all dented, and the windows filthy. The lady at the front desk was very nice however, and the food in the restaurant was not awful, but also nothing I’d ever eat again (very greasy!). All that said, I would probably go back just because it’s the only option right in town and it’s nice to not have to drive after a day of skiing but that’s just me and my kids. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to the rest of my family otherwise.

The employees were nice and the location was good and close to ski area. However, their hot tub was very dirty and was not warm enough and the sauna took forever to warm up and was not hot enough either. Deferred maintenance was notable everywhere from holes in the walls, broken doors and slip covers over the furniture in the rooms. Window did not open and toilet didn't flush well either.

Good roadside hotel to stay at when visiting snoqualmie. Good rates and the rooms were clean. Hot tub worked and sauna were a nice touch. Summit pancake house is attached to the lobby and has really good and affordable breakfast. Recommend staying here if you want a quick ski trip getaway.

The tub had tiny bugs and hair from previous guests. The walls in the room, vanity area and bathroom were visibly dirty. The front desk person wanted to charged me more money because they didn't have the room I booked through Expedia even though it was a downgrade. I refused to pay extra, so he didn't charged me additional money. For the price they charge, the place should be less dumpy. Clean rooms should be expected.
