This property is definitely dated. While they tried to “upgrade” the room with a new headboard shelving and tv stand area, the room was dirty and musty. The carpet needs to be ripped up and replaced. Our daughter was running around the room for a few minutes when we caught a glimpse of her foot and it was black. The room smells like it used to be a smoking room. The bathroom faucet is squeaky & old like it hasn’t been changed since it was built. I’m typically not one to complain for short single night stays but this was just gross. The dimness of the hallways felt unsafe. I rely on reviews to determine the hotels we pick and I’m not sure if we just happened to get a “bad” room or what, but I feel it’s necessary to share. We were on the bottom floor. I would not stay again especially with my kids.

When I got to my room, it was a mess with Taco Bell wrappers and bedding scattered around. I was moved to a new room which was moderately better, although the water from the bathroom sink had strange black specks in it. I decided to skip brushing my teeth until I was at the airport.

It was a great experience. I called from the airport. They sent a shuttle over. Check in as quick and efficient. The front desk. Girls were very friendly and helpful. I had a request and they made sure they could do it for me. The room was clean and quiet, which is what I was looking for as I just had a one night overstay between Traveling home from a long trip. I would stay there again.

I called to book a last minute hotel after getting off a cruise. I booked through Expedia. The pictures made it look newer and cleaner than what is was. I called right after booking and talked to a nice man who said we could check in early, but for a fee. I explained the situation and he looked at the rooms and said we could check in at 11am with no extra fee. I was VERY thankful because I was sick and my 7yo was exhausted. When I arrived, I told them what the man had said and told her we would wait till 11am to check in. She refused to let me check in at 11 like I had talked to the man about without a $50 fee. She said it was policy, I explained I had already talked to a staff and asked to speak with him. She said he was at the call center and did not honor our agreement. I was sick so I ended up paying the extra money, but was livid about the lady not honoring the agreement from the other staff member. The bed was comfy and the pool area was okay. Everything else needs to be updated. The food are is EXPENSIVE and you could get the same thing from a box at Walmart for 1/3 of the price.
