Clean room, helpful staff, very good breakfast buffet

An excellent boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter, offering everything you need for a wonderful stay. The hotel features a lovely rooftop bar, swimming pool, massage services, two restaurants, and one of the best buffet breakfasts you could ask for. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Lucy from the Travel Desk, who was extremely helpful and organised our tours to Ha Long Bay, including the cruise, the Hanoi city tour, and Ninh Binh. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service, great facilities, and a fantastic location in Hanoi!

Great staff and nice breakfast. Junior suites are ok.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well appointed and clean. The front staff were very friendly. The hotel was in a busy area with lots of noise but very convenient for access to stores and restaurants.

Location, amenities, staff, transport, cleanliness, breakfast spread, food choices, beach, activities on site....all top notch. Flying with Sun Phu Quoc Air provides additional benefits at the resort. Remember to save your boarding pass.

Hotel is great, perfect view and convenient location. The garden walk inside hotel is also very comfortable with many photo spot. I also want thank Ms Truc who helped me to arrange the shipping of one important short suit lost in room when checked out, my wife was very happy because she got this item back. I have no Vietnam No., so I can not pay when I receive the shipment. Ms Truc kindly paid it before shipping so I finally receive this item in Hotel Grand Saigon. I truly appreciate. Will say here again during my next visit.
