My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was very well located in the Old Quarter, with immaculate rooms and fantastic service. Jimmy and the hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Their recommendations on what to do were excellent and the trips we booked were amazing. I highly recommend a trip to Hanoi and a stay at this hotel.

Everything about the hotel. Staff super. Mia, Cindy, Giang and all others super helpful. Spl mention for the house keeping. They would never leave the room untidy. Breakfast staff including Kitchen and Servers all were so accomodating and served with real Happy face..... They offered us a equivalent rates for all the trips when compared to any other travel agent outside.

The room was very clean and serviced every day. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. I booked airport transfers, Ha Long Bay tour and Hanoi bike tour through them and it was all very well organised. I didn’t have to worry about anything as they sorted it all. Breakfast in the morning was great, loads of options. Location is great, near all major attractions in the old quarter.
