Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance of the main tourist spots. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Jimmi, the manager, was especially professional and friendly, he arranged every single aspect of my 4-day itinerary and trips in northern Vietnam (Halong Bay and Sapa), not just in Hanoi. He organized pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation, overnight bus bookings, tour guides, and sightseeing. He’s efficient, accommodating, and responsive, even when he's not on-site. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

Posizione ottima nel cuore del Quartiere Vecchio, a pochi passi dai principali luoghi turistici. La colazione a buffet era buona e la camera era pulita e confortevole. Il personale è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Jimmi, il manager, è stato particolarmente professionale e amichevole, ha organizzato ogni singolo aspetto del mio itinerario di 4 giorni e dei viaggi nel nord del Vietnam (Baia di Halong e Sapa), non solo ad Hanoi. Ha organizzato pick-up e drop-off, trasporti, prenotazioni dei bus notturni, guide turistiche e visite turistiche. È efficiente, accomodante e reattivo, anche quando non è in loco. Tutto è filato liscio incredibilmente.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Indochine Premium in Hanoi Old Town. Our rooms were clean and pleasant and the hotel is really well-located for grabbing a tasty bite to eat etc. On the subject of food, the breakfast at The Indochine Premium is great with fresh eggs prepared how you like them. Jimmi managed the hotel and was really kind, ensuring that - on our last day - we had access to showers before our long haul flight in the evening.

This hotel is very bad. Our room did not have any windows, except to some death trap garbage chute or something that goes all the way 6 floors down. The lighting is some harsh 3000K light that makes the place look haunted. Water in the shower was impossible to adjust temperature. Ran out of toilet paper, no direct line to front desk. This looks like a cheaply converted condo into a "hotel". Which might be common for the area. The breakfast was even more shocking. The day of arrival we were told "Breakfast is a 1 minute walk". Next day we walked in the rain to some other building's basement to eat some food. I will say, the value is there if that is what you are looking for. This place was only $47 after some promotions. I would not pay a dime more.

Staff was wonderful, very attentive to your needs. Very willing to help in any and every way. Great location in the middle of the old Quarter near lots of restaurants, cafes and very close to the Night Market. We had a clean large room on the 6th floor, it was very comfortable. Good breakfast with a variety of fruits, bread and Pho made to order. AC worked wonderfully!

Excelente ubicación en el centro del Casco Antiguo, cerca de muchos restaurantes, cafés y muy cerca del Mercado Nocturno. Tuvimos una habitación grande y limpia en el sexto piso, fue muy cómoda. Desayuno bueno con variedad de frutas, pan y Pho hecho al momento. ¡El aire acondicionado funcionó de maravilla!
