I needed a room for a few hours after landing in Hanoi and catching the sleeper bus to Ha Giang. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was good size and clean. Excellent location in old quarter. Would recommend.

Our stay here was super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to the lake and all the action. It's quiet at night which is not always the case in this area. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being 'over the top'. Clean and comfortable rooms - nothing extravagant but good value for money. Will stay again!

Nuestra estancia aquí fue muy cómoda. El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, cerca del lago y de toda la actividad. Es tranquilo por la noche, lo cual no siempre ocurre en esta zona. El personal es muy amable y servicial sin ser exagerado. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas: nada extravagante pero buena relación calidad-precio. ¡Volveremos a hospedarnos!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist even advised us on how to be back from a daytrip in time to catch the night bus to HaGiang, although none of our trips around Hanoi was booked with their travel agency, and although we had not asked for advice. He made all necessary arrangements with the tour guide, and that left us relaxed and satisfied. We also enjoyed breakfast, especially the Pho Bo. The location is also great to explore the city.

First and foremost, I would like to say that the best thing about my stay here would be the great service. The staff were great and very respectful and helpful. The hotel itself is a little rundown, and the room was a little too small for me and my nephew. But nonetheless, it was cleaned every time we come back at the end of the day. I also love the location. Right next to St. Joseph’s cathedral, to many shops and restaurants, and some sights. I would come back and stay again at this hotel. Thanks to Jimmy and the rest of his team. Hanoi had been amazing! Thank you some much for all your help with the tour!
