The hotel staffs are very polite , friendly and very approachable. My hotel room is clean and spacious!

Excellent service and hotel

Everything is great! especially the front desk Ms Kathrine. The only downside was one of the lift is not functioning leading to a long wait for the lift. Can see they are putting in efforts to improve the breakfast with teh terik and juicing station.

This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay. Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient. The only room for improvement (RFI):- 1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning. 2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend. 3) Kindly consider allocating some more friendly parking space for motorbike-riding guests to park at the lobby-front.

Please upgrade the Deposit recording and refund system, so that showing of evidence can include IC or passport, instead of physical official receipt only.

We had an enjoyable stay with clean, quiet and spacious environment.
