Difficult to locate block and were made to run around in circles locating the exact location of the room. The bed is small. Pillow is not of good quality and too high. Cannot get a good sleep. An apartment with 3 rooms but only has 1 toilet. Will never try this property again!

The unit was immaculate. Check in was smooth and communication was great. The complex is a little overwhelming at first, but then we learned our way around. We enjoyed the pool briefly, and our son wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately JB was just a transit point for us, but we did check out the mall next door. Nice view of Singapore and spacious apartment!

Apartment was in decent condition other than water kept flooding in the shower and leaking onto the floor. Owner was responsive to issues raised like dirty bedsheets, and took action to change it promptly.

Although not too bad, this is not a hotel room. You'll need to receive multiple PDFs from the management to gain access. Ensure you have local data. We paid for bay view with the advertised pic, then we faced the causeway anyway - and horns 24/7. When booking for 2, only get 1 access card. 2 towels, 2 pillows, a bed for 2, but still just 1 card? This was a significant inconvenience to our stay. I would not stay here again.

Stayed at this location 4 times now in 4 different apartments. Always excellent, amenities are great, gym/ pool are definitely worth a visit. I think the management have got this perfectly correct. Great place to stay and I would not stay any where else in Johor. Now the walkway is finished I can walk to JB Sentral in 8min with carry on luggage. R&F Mall 2 min supermarket etc etc. A+++
