Compare Cheap Hotels in Jeju

Excellent stay.

The Shilla Jeju is a truly excellent hotel, but what impressed me most wasn’t the design or the facilities it was the staff. Every single team member was outstanding. Polite, attentive, and genuinely warm in a way that went well beyond what I’d expect. I travel often to Europe and the US and have stayed at many hotels along the way, but honestly the service here was better than anything I’ve experienced at hotels in either region. The management really should look after these people they absolutely deserve a raise. Hotels like this are only as good as the team running them, and Shilla Jeju has clearly got something special. Would happily return.

The property is kind of small

Poolside using an umbrella in street clothes with 6 family members, only 2 swimming, we were told to stop using the umbrella. It could have been wind or it could have been not wanting non swimmers in the area.

Great stay overall, but Veronica at the front desk truly made the experience exceptional. She gave me a very warm and pleasant welcome, helped upgrade my room, and provided high-quality customer service throughout my stay. Professional, kind, and very helpful. Thank you, Veronica!

This Jeju Island hotel is a gem from the moment we arrived - quick check-in, the scrumptious meals in the on-site restaurants, and over-the-top customer service at every turn. The Haevichi will be our top hotel for a return to Jeju.
