Compare Cheap Hotels in Guam

the view was really nice

It was an amazing experience to celebrate with my wife's birthday!

.

Good-sized rooms, lovely bay views and sunsets, and a decent pool. Unfortunately, the service falls short. Stained bedsheets, limited dining beyond the buffet, difficulties arranging a taxi, and no pool towels one morning. Staff whistled while serving at the small lobby café, while valet staff rested their feet against the wall and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping guests. For a property positioned as Guam’s best hotel, the facilities are decent. The service and attentiveness, however, have declined with each visit.

The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. The only downside if this hotel is the distance from the lobby to the different towers. It's quite a walk but is really not something that should keep you from booking here. There is a garage you can park in and walk the back way back in to the hotel. Location is also very central in Tumon.

Great overview! Spacious cafe area! My only concern was that I could hear the wind howling even though the sliding door was closed. Other than that, I enjoyed my night there.
