The staff was professional, informative, pleasant, and helpful to arrange transfers. One person in particular at the reception area was Myleta. She made us smile everyday starting with her infectious smile every morning when she greeted us as we walked through the lobby. She made sure that we had everything we needed and gave us good advice on where to go, what to see and how to get there. All of the staff were cheerful and pleasant.
What we really appreciated is that the hotel location is just outside of the tourist area meaning less crowded with tourists and more authentic food as well as local people eating and singing at the restaurant on the street level below the hotel. We had a chance to meet and talk with Athenians living in the area!!!!
We would definitely stay here the next time we visit Athens.
