The staff were not friendly or cooperative, they made me check out at 11am after asking them if I could have a late check out due to the cancellation of my flight. They didn’t provide additional water or coffee, they only provide 1 bottle of water for the 2 nights. The toilet lighting was poor and the bath tub drain wasn’t working.

We arrived early and the rooms were not ready. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage and we came back at 3pm to check in. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The hotel is well located with many restaurants and bars around. It was a little loud at night. There is sightseeing bus and airport bus close by. I will give 8 out of 10.
