We went to check in and there were 4 people ahead of us. The lady behind the counter was more concerned with training the new employee and making everyone wait. She could've taken over, having the trainee watch and checked us in a timely manner. Additionally, its advertises a breakfast, but if you are Gluten Free or trying stay off of carbs, theres nothing for you, unless you want a hard boiled egg.

My first night my neighbors in room 520 were probably drug addicts and stayed up all night with their TV blasting and speaking in VERY loud voices. Also, I didnt feel safe. There were many sketchy looking people hanging around the property. I stayed there before a few years ago and had no issues, but I wont be staying there again

We have been using this hotel for year but this year has been very different. There were several things that happened for us to give this score. 1 When we asked for fresh towels on our second day, they told us they couldn't unless we wanted to pay $20. 2 The breakfast was horrible, scrambled eggs were frozen and they didn't have enough staff to refill all items. 3 they have a large group of people that must live there, that hang out all day in the parking lot and cops have to do regular rounds which show the unsafety of this property. 4 Our door knob did not work and had to use all your strength to open it. We asked for help several times. The office didn't seem to care to fix it We would not recommend anyone to stay here and now we have to find another hotel but I know we will find a great one. We don't write bad reviews unless it is needed. We have never been a picky family but this one is pretty bad.

When we checked in the room was dirty and things were left from the previous guests that the kids did not clean. Had a sticky floor and bathtub was dirty

I enjoyed the property but was disappointed in our room. When we walked in our first impression was a horrible musty smell, not a clean welcoming smell. Also, the curtain had a huge rip actually shredded. I thought that LaQuinta had better standards and was a little disappointed.

I went to check in at 3pm and my room wasn't ready. I waited for about a half hour, no problem. The next morning I woke up with horrible back pain and went to get ice for my pain and the ice machine was broken. I went downstairs at 9:40am to get a cup of coffee and some ice for my back. There was a heavy-set woman behind the desk who gave me two bags for ice. I went to get coffee and there wasn't any. My shoes stuck to the floor like someone had spilled syrup all over the it. When I told the girl, she said, "Breakfast is over." I then told her my shoes were all sticky and I don't know what to do. She said she'd get someone to clean it. As I walked away, a blonde woman with tattoos down her arm was on hold on the phone behind the desk and said something derogatory to me. I stopped and said, "Are you talking to me?" She then swung her head around and said very loudly, "AM I LOOKING AT YOU?" I could NOT believe how rude and awful she was to me! I guess she wasn't happy with me interrupting her speaking to her co-worker. There I was, no coffee, sticky shoes, and in horrible pain from my back. I went back to my room and cried. I went out that day and came back to my key card not working....twice! I ended up sleeping elsewhere that night. I was fine until that evil woman yelled at me.
