The description that I read said free parking. This is not entirely true, the parking lot in the back of the hotel is for valet only (which is $45 a night). Parking is free on the street after 6pm Monday thru Friday and all weekend long. The hot water wasn’t coming out hot and we were instructed to flush the toilet AND run the sink at the same time in order for the hot water to run properly. There is zero smoking on the property (even on the balcony). The actual area is close to a few bars and restaurants however, we were told by the locals to stay on one side of downtown since the other side wouldn’t be safe

Was very pleased with the hotel. Great Location nice rooms amazing views with awesome balcony’s. Great staff and a great value. $45 a day for parking is the only problem with the property. It is $20 a day next door overnight. Free overnight street parking is available from 6pm-9am. You can pay with app but beware you need to use a credit card right at 9 am or you will get a $35 ticket app won’t work

This property does NOT look like the pictures. It gives catfished. Room has a fridge but it’s filled with a bunch of random drinks so you don’t even have room to put leftover food, etc., in there. The walls/floors are SUPER thin. Could hear the people above me full conversations during the day and intercourse during the night when trying to sleep, as if they were in the same room with us. As well as the couple across the hall being extremely drunk and arguing and then proceeding to sit in the chairs by the elevator yelling. I put the sign to get new towels everyday I stayed and only got new towels for 2 of those days. Also I thought the purpose of having a balcony is so you could smoke on it. Which is not the case here, you have to walk off property or smoke in your car. They charge a $70 fee PER day as soon as you check in and it refunds to you up to 7 days after check out if you don’t touch anything in the fridge. (Which is overpriced anyways) The heater/AC controls were very confusing to use as well and would constantly shut off.

Great Stay!

Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, restaurant down stairs was good and room service was delicious. Only complain is it took a while for someone to answer for room service, we had to get transferred a few times but it was worth it. Great stay! We definitely will be back there.
