Great staff and nice extras

The quality of the staff made up for the average quality of the rooms. Check-in was easy and the personnel in the dining area were fantastic. I loved the unexpected free drinks and food during happy hour, and the breakfast was well stocked for a typical hotel buffet. The food was not great, but well within expectations for this type of establishment. The room was clean and everything worked, it was just a bit drab for a recently remodeled building.

Clean and comfy

I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area. The room was very clean, and all of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included and so were drinks and snacks from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Beer and wine - 3 drinks per person per day. They were doing some renovations, but the noise and dust were kept to a minimum. The outside of the building and the outside windows were cleaned while we were there. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. A definite yes for me.

One of the front desk females who was on day shift, wasn’t friendly or really helpful. Good breakfast and the older lady who serves it is so kind and takes pride on ensuring the breakfast bar is good and fresh. Rooms are clean, but you’re definitely right beside a very loud highway and main red. Definitely noisy even with being on the 6th floor. The pillows are great and the bed is what you’d expect from a hotel. My shower water was at best, luke warm.

Average hotel

Everything was pretty average for a hotel. Exactly what you’d expect. It wasn’t worth the almost $200 a night however. It seemed like a $100-$140 kind of hotel. We stayed in vail at a similar hotel that blew this one out of the water in comparison for the exact same price. The hotel definitely attracted a lot of riff raff customers but was maintained somewhat ok and our room was somewhat clean surprisingly.
