The room was fine for the trip we had, it is decent for the price, which was more affordable than most. But a few issues, our key card didn't work several times I tried to use it and had to walk downstairs to have to reset by the blasé young man working the front desk who blamed it on my cell phone being near the key card 🙄 Breakfast was very basic, mostly just cereals and toast with protein being milk, yogurt, cream cheese or peanut butter. Overall a good experience, not great but pretty happy with our stay.

The hot tub didn't work one reason I picked Baymont there is blackold in tubs hidden ,the gym was a joke old out dated dirty and dusty. The man at front desk older man with glasses and accent was the most mean moody person I have ever dealt with in the hotel business.Nut the house keeper Sara short woman with glasses deserves a raise she went the extra mile always to make a person stay comfortable she is amazing and I'm seriousgive her a raise she keeps it going in the house keeping . Make sure he gets recognized for this.

It was absolutely filthy. It smells to high heaven when you walk in. The fridge is broken, the bathtub leaks all over the floor whrn you try and use it. I literally only stayed one night and yet still charged for 2. Never again!

An excellent value! The rooms were large, clean, the beds comfortable with warm linens. Everything functioned properly. The basic breakfast was sufficient and well made. Pleasant staff, an all-around excellent experience for a low-cost hotel.

Very unhappy with our stay. The person that checked us in barely said 2 words to us. There were black spiders in my room along with the breakfast area. The side doors do not open with your keycard. They ran out of waffles one day. Gave us a hard time when we asked for plates for breakfast. The only hot food other than waffles was a breakfast burrito that was served 3 days in a row. The rooms are no longer carpeted which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time as they show carpet on-line. The pillows were very hard. The hot tub was out of order. Only 1 person cleaning rooms said Hi to us in 3 Days. No one else that worked there acknowledged us at all. Just poor customer service all-around. We’ve stayed at many Wyndham Hotels but this gives us a very bad taste for future Hotel Booking for them.

Location for other activities was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very worn and old looking, bathroom door handle practically falling off, needs paint and major update. Breakfast is minimal but well taken care of by staff. Good shuttle service to Red Rock.

Not enough parking. We had 6 people in our room and they only gave us 2 towels and 1 washcloth. Asked for more towels, did get 4 more but they told us they were out of washcloths. Didn’t come in daily to replenish toilet paper, had to ask for it. Overall fairly clean and affordable.

Please review your pictures as it shows i netted tub and when e got there it was smaller than my tub at home. Bugs all over the place and a weird smell. The carpet was piling and rolling in places.

It was pretty run down. The hot tub was out of order “for repairs” but had clearly been closed down for a long time. The property was clean, but in disrepair. And we saw spiders and other bugs in the hallways and in our rooms. Not like lice or bedbugs, but outside bugs that made their way inside. It was cheap, and we got what we paid for.
