Awful guest service from the second my family and I walked in. Front desk gal had her feet up on the counter (she’s the one with the huge hockey and approximately 13 year old boy standing there with access to my information). The place is in desperate need of renovations and repairs and completely unsanitary. You do not want to stay here! Dark, old, used and abused and dingy! Hairs found on both the bed and on wall. Evident extreme water damage seen in paint, trim and flooring coming up. Toilet would overflow when flushed. All that was done was someone eventually brought us a plunger, which was not the problem and of no use. No sheets or blankets for pullout sofa, had to get them from front desk and make bed ourselves late in the evening and after driving all day with 2 toddlers to get to this destination. Provided flat sheet had a huge stain. Pool area was in disrepair and scary. Breakfast options were what would be expected. Location is conveniently near the highway but would never stay here again, or refer anyone to stay here.

Nice hotel with great value. Property could use a refresh but perfect if you have things to do in the area. Rooms are clean though a bit dated. Could use a refresh Very limited on-site or nearby food options. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

Room condition

The maintenance on room "126 needed to be addressed. The door did not fit in the jamb properly, which did not allow you to dead lock the door and allowed hallway light to come through. The bath tub had no way to stopper it so you could take a hot bath and the bathroom heater did not work.

Walked in, front desk is a disaster. Friendly check in. Offered us different room since there was a kids birthday party in room next to our original one. Room we had was not clean at all and smelled of cigarette smoke. Not even a can of lysol spray helped. Room was nothing like what is shown on hotels.com.

Nope.

First room was not cleaned, bed unchanged, towels, etc. Man at the front desk snapped and barked at housecleaning while I waited for a new room. Second room was clean but the bed was so uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on wood slats. The neighborhood is dicey.
