We booked this property for the pool when we arrived we got no prior notice and it was closed. We weren’t offered anything to compensate. We got to room the bathroom didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. The rooms were loud and room service opened at our door at 8:00 in the morning and woke us up after a late concert. Won’t be staying here again. Close to red rocks if you don’t care about a clean and loud room.

We enjoyed the property. We were not happy that the pool was not in commission. We chose a hotel with a pool being a feature we could use. It was in the high 90s while we were there. We loved the breakfast and the room and the proximity to places we could go for eating and eating and entertainment.

It was an average place to stay. Disappointed the pool wasn’t filled and the Starbucks machine didn’t work. The vent in the bathroom didn’t work so it steamed up and thought I could see the start of mold on the walls and ceiling. At night the hotel clerk was alone so he had us come down for our toiletries and blankets. Continental breakfast was pretty good, loved the variety of food and toppings. Otherwise, it was clean, conveniently near stores and restaurants, and good price!

I booked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool. Unfortunately it was not up and running. I wish there had been an alert on their website. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room. The room overall was very average.

The good: The continental breakfast was very good. It was the same thing each day, but enough variety. The bad: The pool was open when I booked supposedly, but closed for the season when we got there a month later. Was not good for a week family vacation. The wifi was very slow you could not watch TV in the evening. The filters on the air conditioner were very dirty and was loud. Bathroom fan did not work.

Perfect!

Wonderful stay, great location, friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend. Stayed here for a mother daughter trip to see Sheryl Crow at Red Rocks. Was about a 10 min uber drive, just perfect. This hotel is conveniently across from a huge mall with everything you can need and want including restaurants, shopping, Target etc. Clean hotel, great selection for the breakfast included (we toasted the English muffins and made our own breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon or ham, cheese, tomato and the most delicious guacamole) but lots of sweets to choose from as well such as waffles, muffins etc.

Ok for one night

Hotel was ok for what was needed. The pool was empty and nobody mentioned it was out of service. Also the original booking details were unclear. Upon check in I was unaware I still needed to pay at the property due to the receipt for booking stating “paid” but I was told it was only reserved and never charged my card. Clarification would’ve been nice. Bathroom is very small and water pressure was low.

The tub and bath mat were both dirty. The air conditioner had a very faint odor that smelled similar to vomit. Other than that the room was good and the property was overall good. The continental breakfast was very good, with lots of choices.

The property was nice, comfortable beds. The breakfast was good with hot items available. Wish breakfast was available a little later. Hot tub was warm but needed to be cleaned. We didnt get in. Pool was being repaired so fhe main 2 reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which was a bummer. Overall staff was great.

We couldn’t sleep! The traffic from the highway was sooooo loud and the AC sounded like it was blowing a plastic bag around on and off every few seconds all night! It was too hot to not have it on and the traffic was too loud to have the window open.
