Condition of room was extremely poor. Carpet full of sand. Furniture including chairs covered in dust. Shower not clean. Literally had to find a toilet roll when we arrived. My wife and I stayed there as it was close to an event we attended. If it wasn’t so late we would have not stayed and driven home.

Better and more signposting around the complex. Was very frustrating trying to find our way around with no staff in sight. Door needed renovation in the bathroom and shower cubicle walls needed either new grouting or it was mould. Not sure. Toiletries provided were not enough for two people and 2 satchets of black tea also not sufficient, not everyone likes the alternatives provided. However bed was very comfortable and room was almost soundproof. Staff also were very friendly and the cafe was quick with our order and the meal was good and presented well.
