Location was great, near so many great restaurants, the beach, and not too far from airport. The staff was very lovely, kind, welcoming, and from our whole trip they have been the most attentive to all of our needs! The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the daily house keeping was great, even changing our sheets daily! I would 10/10 stay here again. I recommend getting the breakfast included as it was delicious, and again the staff were super welcoming every day.

Nice hotel in a good location

Nice hotel in a great location. We only stayed one night on our way home but it was well located for a quick visit to Sanur Beach. The room was nice, well equipped and the staff were very helpful.

Good hotel connected to the Intercontinental. Great service and very clean, but the street to get to the hotel entrance is congested and not clean same as the beach in front of hotel. We walked to the beach a couple of blocks. Many restaurants in front of the beach close by.

Excellent Service Staff

A lovely place to stay. The hotel was very clean and walkable to many fun shops and restaurants. Their happy hour deals were quite amazing. Through out the week. Impeccable service staff. They remember you by names and remember your food options when you walk in for your breakfast. Very friendly and humble. Felt home like ambience because of the super awesome staff. Highly recommend as it was economical as well.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are very good. The shower pressure is great but towels need to be replaced as they are already getting old and show how much they have been used. Breakfast buffet and options available very good especially the Healthy Bowl.

The property looks very new. The rooms are nice, good AirCond. Only part not great was the confusing light switches. 15 light switches for a bedroom and bathroom is way too much and confusing. Shower was big with plenty of hot water.
