Great service, workout room and complimentary breakfast

Needs an update. Looks dingy and doors stick, hard to open and close

We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to the Applebe's was very convenient after a long day of driving. We were disappointed that the hot tub was being serviced on the morning before we checked out. There also weren't any towels at the pool for us to dry off with. Other than that, the stay was wonderful. The staff were extra friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Loved the eggs, waffles, and biscuits the best.

No pillows on the bed when we got to our room. After getting our pillows (3 flat pillows) we looked at our room. It looked like they were doing maintenance to the room and needed a good cleaning. Other guests checked in about midnight and spent 45 mins swearing and yelling because their room was upstairs. I tried to call the front desk but no phone in room. I looked for the number online to call the hotel itself and was sent to voicemail. I wasn’t going to walk past the angry guests to go to the office. They finally left or went to their room but started being really noisy again around 3am for another hour or so. Not able to communicate with the front desk because I was sent to voicemail when tried to call the number it had on their website. Room was ok but didn’t get much sleep.

The hot tub is pool temperature. The breakfast can’t be described as edible.

This cabin is such a peaceful, cozy little respite away. It really feels like you can just breathe and slow down here. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and river views so much. Julie was so kind and responsive from the first contact and throughout our entire stay. There’s so much beauty nearby to explore, but honestly, it’s just as nice staying in and enjoying the space together. It’s a little slice of heaven, we plan to come back!
