Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was friendly. The morning breakfast had good options and cookies were provided in the afternoon. Would recommend highly to anyone staying in Roseburg.

Located just off of I-5, very convenient. Very clean. We checked in later than usual but the front desk was cool and it was a pleasant experience to interact with them. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. They also have hot coffee available 24*7. Will definitely visit again.

The complimentary breakfast was the best we had on our 2 week trip. Staff is friendly, everything was clean and we enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub. Hilton & Hampton stays from here on out!

HI Breakfast's are always a disappointment and this was no exception. The coffee was awful, the good barely edible but the service person was terrific. The other bummer was the "pet area" - a small strip of grass that you had to walk over pavement to get to.

We checked in very very late (3 am) after very hectic and emotional day. The woman who checked us in at the front was so caring and considerate, and not at all annoyed with us being there so late. She was able to go above and beyond to accommodate us. We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, it was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I had bitter experience with my stay there, staff are not friendly and treated as if I don't belong there. Probably, because of my skin color. Even though neighborhood felt safe and close to shopping center, AC in the room was noisy and had to stay in the same room even after complaining it multiple times. Staff said that (noise) is an expected thing in this hotel and they can't do much.
