The rooftop girl employee was rude. The housekeepers had an urgency to kick me out the room, as I waited for the bellboy. The hotel is an older hotel, even though it’s nice, I feel like the experience with some things made us not want to go back.

This is no longer a premium hotel. Lack of hospitality focus, limited staff don't watse your money on room upgrades because its just Not worth it. Hilton management should clean house and get the staff refocused on the customer experience. Paid to upgrade to a King premium (almost $400) and the room didnt have a view, mini fridge and only 1 sink in the bathroom. Toliet wouldn’t flush and was clogged , tried to call the fromt desk but they didnt answer. You had to text on the app. Hilton needs to hite some staff and train them. They should secret shop the property, what a disappointment.

Nice hotel overall, but definitely not what I’d call luxurious. The elevator and lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the valet service was terrible, even after requesting your car, you still have to go out front and ask again. Honestly, not worth the price point.
