When I first picked this hotel I didn’t realized we were going to stay at the 49th floor.Awesome view .The hotel looks good, the room vas nice and updated, simple but effective . We had issues finding the entry for the parking ,we didn’t really see the hotel sign and it took us a while to figure out how to exit the parking ( I couldn’t find the email with the parking fee payment confirmation .You need to take 3 different elevators to get to your room( Hotel is at the 49 and 50th floor.Also not much privacy in the room unless you close all the curtains ( both room on our right and left could see us ) .With no employee on site the experience is a little sterile. Overall I think it’s a good ,affordable and convenient hotel .

My wife and I tried to stay here on Halloween 2025 and were not able to due to the state of the bedding. We notified the concierge when we discovered our soiled linens and no action was taken to resolve the issue. We left the hotel, notified them and followed up with guest services the following day. They chose to blame the problem on us which was disappointing. I would avoid staying here based on my experience.

The tower club was amazing. The elevator situation was a little confusing, but we navigated it. The hot water took quite a long time to come on and be aware that there is a significant of charge for housekeeping. The views are amazing and it is walkable to some great restaurants.

What an amazing experience. It’s basically an apartment. It was absolutely beautiful will absolutely be staying here again when/if I come back to Dallas.

Not having any human beings to interact with was on the worrisome side of dystopian, especially when the elevator on floor 49 didn’t work for 15 minutes inexplicably, and the stairs that led to floor 48 led to a locked door at floor 48.

The Mint House was a really cool place to stay. It is really more like a 50th story apartment than a hotel. We thought it was great and will come back next time we are in town.

The room was so spacious, loved the little kitchenette area and the view from the 49th floor was amazing. The bed very comfortable. Great sheets and towels. The bathroom was also huge as was the shower. The shower was the only disappointment, it should have a shower wand wand

The information with the code to the garage, elevator, and the room was sent via email too late, when I was already driving to Dallas. When I sent a text requesting this info it took too long to respond. I had to wait at the entrance to the garage for a representative on the phone to respond for over 20 minutes. I was blocking the entrance to the garage. It was the most unpleasant experience I've had.
