Room and hotel is very clean. Nice and quiet. If you have an appointment with the hospital on Hanes street this is a good hotel. The only thing bad is restaurant are fall, but not hotel fault. They had breakfast, it was yummy. Maybe sign only ice maker on 1st floor

My room wasn't clean. It took 2 days to get it cleaned properly. One of the front desk staff looked so dirty and unkept. Although this property is listed in the medical center area it was more industrial. They catered to construction workers that were always out and around. As a single female I didn’t feel safe coming in and out from the hospital at night.

This hotel looks ok online but that is deceiving. I travel for a living and stay in hotels every week. Walking in the lobby the air was stale and humid. There was no A/C in the lobby, common areas and zero ventilation in the room hallways. The halls reaked of marijuana smoke. The elevator had used condoms and open condom wrapper on the floor. The room was stale, the couch seat was litteraly ripped open and most of the wood was beaten up in the room. Bathroom seemed ok but overall this is a nasty hotel that was full of drug attics and I assume prostitution. Is this is franchisee owned their license needs to be revoked
