The hotel is close to American Airlines Center and walkable to downtown areas. Access to and from the freeway was easy. Safe location and parking. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The only reason I am leaving some aspect of a positive note is because of Derrick at the front desk. You rock. However I am yet to hear back from their GM Jose - I am very disturbed by my “stay” here. I checked out within 3 hours of checking in. The hotel has roaches. A GIANT roach was on the floor and made its way into my luggage. The room had a mildew smell, the floor felt like it was about to collapse, building sways when the wind blows feels very uneasy. This is not a place worthy of your cash, time, or patience.

This wall panel was peeling off the wall underneath the TV. Notice the stains all over the place.

Room was lovely albeit very dark and view was internal onto the pool. Good check-in with okay breakfast. Overall staff did not seem enthused about their job and we only stayed there due to proximity to stadium.

Facility is average when compared to other Hyatt properties. Parking lot is dusty and very compact NOT pick up truck friendly. Staff was not welcoming just handed a copy of instructions- not even pointing to elevator Mr the acccess to the garage - not busy at all al the time. I needed Tea refilled- there was only 2 bags when we checked in - went to the lobby the lady there was almost rude offering no help just saying that I needed to wait for the kitchen ladies in the morning. Not a recommended location.
