The first room they put us in was mouldy and musty, and not very clean either. They did upgrade us to a far far superior room if I had been reading them based on the second room, it would be a five star review. Unfortunately, that was not my initial experience so I’m rating it based on any travellers potential travel scenario. They need to clean this place up, do some painting and maintenance and improve the ventilation on those inside rooms. To be honest, even in the better suite we had to clean some mould which involved purchasing vinegar. Not something I wanna do on my vacation.

We stayed in a deluxe room; although the view wasn't great, we found the room to be simply but elegantly decorated. We were so pleased with the room that we decided to stay another night in Da Nang.

The staff helped me several times and I received a refund. The pool is small, but it's a short walk to the beautiful nearby beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated, which is unusual.
