This property is in No Way what you expect for a Staybridge. The photos were extremely misleading. There was no pool, outdoor seating area, or a working fire pit. And the cleaning in the room was not up to par, especially the sink and shower areas.

My stay with Staybridge this last weekend was nice. The rooms were great, very updated with full kitchen. The grounds and first floor were being redone so it was a little out of sorts. However, huge shout out to Jennifer. When it was time to leave she was so very helpful. She found a cart brought to our room. Loaded our items and met us outside to help load into our car. She not only was helpful , she did it with a smile! Great service, you do not run into that kind of care very often. Thank you Jennifer

Trouble

Iam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were unacceptable and caused significant distress during what was supposed to be a family vacation. •we arrived late and we were tried we went to bad without checking but in the Morning we found cockroaches in our room, which was extremely unhygienic. • The air conditioner made loud, disturbing noises throughout the night, preventing us from getting proper rest. • We showed the pictures of cockroach, they had changed our room due to the cockroach issue. • The lobby was under construction, and the main hall had frogs inside, which was shocking and unsanitary. • On the last morning, one of my sons became ill after breakfast with a stomach ache, which raised serious concerns about food safety. This experience turned our vacation into a stressful and unpleasant situation. We strongly believe a refund is appropriate under these circumstances. When we checked attendant was at desk, check in was fast. First room was kinda hot, when I went to adjust ac carpet was wet. Moved us to another room, room was clean and cold and carpet was dry. No parking was available when we got back to room to sleep overnight. Hotel Should have note it on line that hotel was under construction would have not picked this location.

Everything wrong since we checked in, nobody was at the lobby, housekeeping didn’t clean the room just put towels in the bathroom, all faucets loose (bathtub, sink, and sink at the kitchen was clogged even the toilet was loose jajajjaja believe it or not!!!! Also hotel was under construction first floor, so plz do not stay here!!!!

Great stay

The hotel is undergoing renovations but the room was very nice and bed very comfortable with good quality linen as one comes to expect of a Hilton Hotel. Breakfast had great variety to chose from.

Nice place, terrible doors

The hotel was under renovation when we went. I hope that some of the issues will be rectified by the time the renovation is complete. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the check-in process was quick and easy. My only complaint is the fitment of the doors in the room. I don't think the deadbolt on the front door latched (although the secondary locking lever worked fine). The bathroom door was an INCREDIBLY tight fit. You had to shove it closed, and then were completely unable to open it from the inside. If you tried to pull hard, the doorknob started to come off. Thankly, we stayed with friends who were able to shove the door open from the outside, or somebody would've gotten trapped inside.

First it was supposed to be a pay at property but they ran my credit card before my arrival, was shown on the expedia website a pool and nice amenities. Upon arrival was informed that they haven't had a pool since 2020 and the first floor and lobby was under construction and remodeling. It was a eyesore and very untidy and no air-conditioning in the lobby it was very hot and uncomfortable while checking in. I paid $135 for this kind of service and was only given a $20 key credit for future reservations by customer service. It would have been nice for a partial refund or a free or discounted stay in the future. I use expedia reservations and trips often and felt undervalued as a client or patronage. It makes me wonder if they value their clients and really check out the business they represent and offer to stay at as being reputable and really offering what they say rhey offer after all it's not exoedia's money being spent it's the client's but it is expedia's reputation at stake if the businesses are really offering or being above board on what they say they have or are offering guests.

I reserved a suit i was called the day before and was told they were under renovations and I woukd be put in a standard room for seven people. Tgey place from check in to my room was dirty, unsafe for todler, and unsafe for me i am a transplant patient and to be immonosupressed around all the dust and filth my lungs could've caught pneumonia.

At check-in they did not have the requested room available...it was on the floor being remodeled. Next two tries with key cards and door wouldn't open...hot in the hallway...given another room. Room was as okay, soft bed...really soft. Breakfast was very poor. Will not use this hotel again.
