Great hotel and clean

Great hotel. Very comfortable, clean. Close by a lot of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Just, because the hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly. Only downside is you do hear the freeway.

Great place to stay.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was great. Very helpful. Especially, Malissa she helped fixed my mistake on booking my room. Hotel was clean. Great selection of breakfast.close to shopping and restaurants. Only downside is you hear the freeway.

Lady running the desk was on a personal phone and was not helpful. The spa was broken, the commissary was out of numerous item. There was only 2 diet cokes, 10 Red Bulls and no bottled water available. I bought a diet coke but had to charge it to my room because they could wouldn't accept cash payment or debit payment. The breakfast food was limited to powdered eggs, hard biscuits and the sausage tasted rancid. There was was any bread or bagels. The worst experience I've had in a Houston area hotel. Good Spot

This is a good spot and convenient to many Woodlands attractions. Staff was friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was very tasty. The room was fine but there was a little musty odor which was helped by running the AC. Bedding wasn’t bad but not great either. That said, for the price, you could not expect more! We will return if we are back in The Woodlands.
