From the first interaction with the hotel personnel they treated you respectfully. The rooms were clean and did not smell of mold or smoke.

The room was not spotless but clean. There were some visible hair in the shower and a stain spot near the mini-fridge. The air conditioner in the bedroom was great, but the air conditioner in the living area needed servicing; not cooling properly. The staff were courteous, friendlhy and professional. There was no room service on Christmas day; however, it was not necessary. The breakfast was good and warm. Thanks for a good stay. We'll stay again next time in The Woodlands!

This is my "go-to" location when I'm in The Woodlands. The ease of accessibility, closeness to The Woodlands Mall, and access to other dining and shopping all make it a convenient and cost-effective option. The rooms are good-sized, the fitness center is clean (and seldom-used) and there is a pool and hot tub downstairs. There are lots of options, which ai also like.

Good experience overall, but didn't really like the bed's head board,the finish on them is literally falling off and can get in your hair and your bed sheets. I would suggest a refinish or replacement. Otherwise, it was good.
