The staff were pleasant enough but the guest pantry had almost nothing in it, there was no juice with breakfast, in the 5 nights we stayed our sheets were not changed only the beds were made and on our last full day our room was not attended to with no clean towels or the bed made.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location

First, the staff was very pleasant, however the condition and odor of the hotel itself was not. It smelled of mildew immediately upon entry and the odor persisted throughout the entire building, including our room. Speaking as a physician, this poses a medical hazard for those with respiratory or allergy related illnesses. The headboards were made of a vinyl type of material that was worn and cracked where others had rest their heads - very unsightly. The hotel is obviously overdue for an update. Unfortunately, we had to check-out of the hotel after staying only one night. -- I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

I love the woodlands but I had a horrible experience with the front office desk a lady named Melissa ! She was very rude with horrible customer service! I reserved a two queen bed room and she sent me and my 21 year old son to a one bed room and said we sold out of the 2 queen bed rooms and I didn’t think I needed to mention it to you! We sold out 10 min ago supposedly and I was checking in during that time! I will never stay here again!!!!!

the bed was old and peeling. shower controls were very touchy, hard to adjust between hot and cold. breakfast was very basic with few options. it was at least nice and hot. soda machine was broken and the water bottle refill station was giving out very hot water. the staff tried to be helpful. oh, the hot tub was only cold water.

When I arrived at my room the shower did not work, only a small amount of water came out of the shower head and the rest filled the tub. The light over the bathroom sink, where one would wash their hands, put on make-up, etc was burned out. When I let the staff know at 8am before I left for a day in the city they did not apologize but said, "we'll get someone to look into it." When I returned at 6pm that evening the same problems persisted. When I spoke to the front desk they said, well its too late to take care of that today. Nobody can look at those problems until tomorrow. They did not offer to compensate me for the poor quality of the room, nor did they invite me to stay in another room.
