Absolutely stunning location, room was lovely and perfect size for a couple

We had an excellent weekend away for our anniversary. Highly recommend this place!!

The views are spectacular, Beds cosy and confortable. Close to other attractions and facilities, Staff obliguing and friendly The property is a little dated and reeding repairs but not to the extent that I would be looking for other accommodation in Melany.

Lovely stay in a very well kept hotel. Loved the proximity to lots of trails and waterfalls. Very kind hotel owner.

After arriving later than planned our hosts greeted us very warmly! Our room very cosy with immaculate cleanliness! Great Indian restaurant across the road also! Breathtaking views from the room of the valley and our delicious breakfast was enjoyed sitting in the balcony enjoying the magnificent winters morning! All amenities were available and we couldn't recommend the stay enough!!

After making a booking for one of the 'suites' that are at Maleny Hotel (as distinct from the rooms in the old country pub!) and looking at some of the reviews that are on-line, we wondered what sort of a 'dive' we may have got ourselves into. The prospect of sharing a bathroom was not attractive. But, on being showed our 'suite', we were wonderfully surprised and glad that we had made the booking - the on-line photos are confusing and some only relate to the old pub rooms, but the 'suites' are very nice and well worth paying the little extra for them. They are separated from the main 'pub' building by about 50 metres and they open delightfully onto a lawn area adjacent to a flowing creek at the back. The bed was very comfortable and the self-catering facilities in the 'suite' were excellent. If we need to stay in Maleny again, this is where we will stay!
