The property clearly used to allow smoking, it still has the smell and they use really heavy fragrances to try and cover the smell, it was horrible. They have A/C but it's so loud, when we had the tv on we had to turn it up to hear and turn it down when the A/C would turn off. It's very dated, electrical in bathroom was very, very old. The staff were lovely people. If you have allergies or are sensitive to smell, I would not stay here.

Beautiful & unique hotel

This is a great as a hotel - nice, clean, everything functioning well (like pool, AC, ice machines, vending). But its also great because it's a unique looking place, that gives you a flavor of Colorado. You feel the local warmth rather than the national-chain coldness. The lobby area is beautiful & spacious with nice decor, fireplace, soft seating, and a great bar. I would definitely stay again.

Didn't like the bathroom area. No counter space to speak of. Glass sink with big silver drain cover makes water splash all over and very little space to set anything. Also water in toilet was high so when you went to wipe your hand could hit the water..yuk..... On a good note The breakfast was very good .
