A super cute, trendy hotel. We stayed in the family suite, the bunks were adorable and having two bathrooms was so awesome! We had a wonderful time thank you so much.
Overall excellent stay. Beautiful, modern and clean hotel. We enjoyed our room- very spacious. Tried out the bar during happy hour. Drinks were good and so were the fries. Good restaurants near by. Only cons was the parking, it was about $18 for 24 hours you can pay per hour or per day when scanning the code. Also on our last day the elevator was out of service. We were on the 4th floor and coming down with all our luggage was a struggle but manageable.
Hotel rooms are small but they make up for it in uniqueness and very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff provided anything that was asked for and they were easy to reach via text.
I liked the style of this place. Room was clean but a bit small. Loved having the option of the “Homa” restaurant on site. Good food and very convenient.
The property is fine… clearly going for a vibe is more important than an efficient room.
Clutch improvement would be to add outlets by the bed so folks can charge their phone over night.
A seat in the room, besides the bed (which is on the floor) or a hard wood bench, would be nice.
Folks from out of town: prepare to have to download an app to pay for parking - not one with the easiest user interface I might add.
Also, the receptionist said parking was $18 (it was $18.99) and it would have been nice of her to mention a $2 discount. It’s only listed on a piece of paper (in the form of a QR Code) by the register where you can order food. Besides that oversite the staff was VERY cool and friendly.
Pluses: the Japanese style bed was comfy! The room was quiet too. Food was very good too!
The Kinship has warm and chill vibe! We enjoyed our stay! The staff was awesome and special shout-out to Spencer! He made us feel welcomed, and took a few minutes to chat and hear our story. We loved the hip and modern feel of the rooms and lounge area. We recommend the Kinship!

Overall it's a good hotel. They need to work on just a couple of things to make it a great hotel. We showed up and check in was smooth. We had to pay for parking and knew that before we booked. However, their website said parking was $16 a night, but when you pay, it's actually $19. I asked the hotel staff about it and they said the parking is taken care of by a private company, so they don't control the pricing. They might want to change their website. The paid parking is behind the hotel close to an alley with no fence or anything. I figured for $19 a night it would be a little more secure. The staff at the bar was very friendly and they had a great choice of adult beverages. The lobby was kind of cool with a good atmosphere. Elevator needed cleaned. Not sure why that bugs me in a hotel. The room was very nice and had a garage door opening which was very unique. The bed was really soft. They kind of forgot to put outlets next to the bed, which I thought was odd since it's a newer hotel and they send you check-in and check-out information to your phone. No place to just plug in the old anchor weight phone. Bring your phone charges! I liked the door code idea instead of a key card. Overall nice hotel, but could improve a tad.
I love this place. First, it's just a beautiful building and layout. And the staff are super friendly and the text communication makes things really easy. I also love that the rooms are clean, modern, and the beds are so comfortable! Great spot to stay.
