The Space:
All of the most well-known area attractions are still just about 30 minutes away, and this home presents a solid value proposition to the visitor and guest—a unique, functional location for less!
With plenty of space to eat, sleep, play, rest & even park your car … this one’s easy! Pull up into the private driveway, park in the (3!) car garage and enter through the front door using the private electronic key-code given to you at check-in.
You’ll open the door to a wide, bright, welcoming space with an open-concept design. The living room features a comfortable couch, a great TV and a foosball table, perfect for the young or the young-at-heart. Just beyond you’ll notice the dining room, with seating for 8.
The kitchen, just beyond the dining room, is wide and expansive, perfect for entertaining. We all know that when family and friends are together, everyone ends up close to the food, and this is a great, functional environment in homage to that! And with quality stainless steel appliances, a separate gas range, wide, quality cabinetry, Corian countertops, open space and natural light, this kitchen is ready for some serious cooking!
Seamless access to the backyard, outdoor living space is offered by the kitchen walk-out. There’s plenty of outdoor seating here on the deck, and a grill and smoker ready for that summer BBQ. The backyard is large and open and ready for the kids and some time under the open, immensely blue Colorado skies. Of course, primary to any outdoor experience should be some time spent relaxing in 104° water, with soothing jets to relax the stress away … and our hot-tub steps up! Wake up to a crisp, Colorado morning year-round with our spa, or some coffee or spend some quality time under the stars. Nearby, there’s a fire-pit to add to the ambiance. Colorado’s known for its outdoors, its open skies, its clear, crisp air, and there’s no better way to experience it than by relaxing, as much as possible, in comfort while you breathe it all in, and then let it all go.
Back inside the home you’ll notice the large, comfortable den featuring a massive TV mounted above the gas fireplace. The leather sectional just begs a sit. After so many opportunities to relax, you might want a little more physical activity, and this home’s got that too. A gym and ping-pong table are located in the basement, and equally (for more relaxation … sense the theme here?) a private little dry-sauna awaits! With so much space in this home, we’ve filled it with comfort, and as many entertainment possibilities as possible.
Keeping with our theme, moving up-stairs, you’ll immediately notice the pool table in the loft! The master bedroom, just beyond, offers king-comfort, an immense amount of space, and a kingly-master-bath too with a dual-vanity sink, inviting shower and relaxing soaking tub. Two more bedrooms feature queen beds, and our fourth features a stunning 6 twin beds in a bunk setup. Remember those sleepovers as a kid!? These remaining bedrooms are serviced by a large bathroom, clean, modern, and ready for business. All of the beds, too, are appointed with quality linens, professionally laundered after each stay. The Neighborhood:
Peyton, Colorado is just about 15 minutes east of Colorado Springs and as the Pikes Peak Region grows, this area has become more and more vibrant, with development on the rise and some exceptional, brand new amenities for residents and visitors and guests alike. There’s plenty of shopping & dining opportunities here including some pretty notable spots just up the road from this home including Jak’s brewing, the Purple Toad, and the Creek View Grill at the Antler Creek Golf Course.
While being just a few minutes away from Colorado Springs, the area is nonetheless easy to access and all of the best-known attractions are easily accessible too — Places like Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Air Force Academy, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City are all just about 30 minutes away by car. This area might not be the first that travelers look to for their vacation rentals, but we think that maybe they should! For those willing to drive just a bit more, there’s value here and maybe a short-term rental hidden gem or two, and the mountain views still abound, with unobstructed views of Pikes Peak, “America’s Mountain” and the entire Rocky Mountain Front Range looming just in the distance.
Getting Around:
We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Also, we can provide you with specific bus routes to help you get around.
Other Things to Note:
Last, it’s your vacation, so you probably don’t want a lot of RULES. So think of these more as our strong requests:
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.
- NO SMOKING inside. This includes Colorado’s newest cash crop.
- We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.
- Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Additional Fees:
- A $35 plus tax hot tub fee will be applied to the total cost of the reservation. This cost goes towards cleaning and maintaining our hot tubs at the highest level and to ensure that the hot tub is perfectly clean and serviced before you arrive.
🐶Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.

- We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we can do this free of charge.
