Make a coffee with the coffee machine and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large timber table in the backyard alfresco area. Or indulge and walk to the popular cafes along Ocean Parade, just 12 mins walk away.

The spacious lounge room has big leather lounges and large TV, opening via sliding doors onto the alfresco dining area and backyard.
