The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were painful. I had to take the comforter and buy another blanket to double up on top of each other just to sleep. The springs were loud and the pillows were literally like pancakes. Elevators pretty much always smelled like a mix of booze and smokes. A bunch of us had a good nervous laugh at the elevators squeaking shut and the panel to lean against in the elevator was super loose. Felt like a gamble riding that thing. 😉. Cleaning staff should probably clean the bathroom doors. They had white stuff sprayed on them , yuk. Pool is permanently closed. So don’t bank on that and we were given a policy sheet that says “ please air yourself out if you have an odor coming in or you will be put on the dnr list “. That is neat.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. We had to ask for bedding for the couch bed and still didn’t get a blanket just sheets. Free Breakfast was advertised but should have said “grab and go”

Hot in the room, couldn’t adjust temperature. Lights sparked and turned off on arrival. Toilet was running and not flushing and was told “there’s no maintenance crew so I’m not sure what to do” and only offered a plunger which wouldn’t have helped in the situation. Room layout was strange for a “suite” and the bathroom was dirty i didn’t even take a shower there.
