Issues: 1. Mould in shower 2. AC broken - no maintenance staff on site in evening to address 3. Toaster at breakfast not working properly - other customers stated had been like that for a few days. Morning fire alarm for toaster smoking.. 4. Green hotel yet using paper cups in bathroom 5. Phone cord in room broken 6. It appeared two customers left at airport due to shuttle being "full" . 1 vacant seat and 1 passenger appeared to be staff member getting a ride from airport to work.... 7. Location is isolated 8. Prices for items in market, water bottles, are 25% higher than airport, taking advantage of location?? 9. Washroom separate from sink and shower area is not hygenic - need to exit bathroom, enter sink area - touching door handles etc. Recognize this may be personal viewpoint.... Not a 4 star hotel and needs to address upkeep and maintenance On positive note - day front desk staff(female) was very helpful.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. This is a no cash property. The wait time for pick up at the airport was a little long. The chat bot was not very helpful. There is no way to charge your phone without an adapter. Gran something to eat before you arrive. Menu is limited. No restaurants around that I could see.

The hotel has 4 stars but is dirty, moldy, smells, has very old dirty carpets. Bathroom is not veey clean and bed matresses have stains on them. Overall is a VERY POOR MANAGED hotel. Their shuttle driver is extremelly rude and refused to take us stating has too many passengers. He did not even try calling for someone else.

Fantastic hotel near the airport in a secure compound type area. Theming and reception area facilities were fantastic. Room type booked wasn’t available on our later arrival, but staff worked hard to accomodate as best they could. Drink vouchers were. our stay at Jangle exceeded our expectations and I would definitely return in case I am in the area. The staff is amazing and helpful, they address issues and problems on the spot and they are very helpful providing support and guidance. We had a couple of issues and Selim the manager intervened personally to resolve them. Very professional.
