No good if you flight from terminal 1

The shuttle does not stop in terminal 1. So for me, with mi disability problems, was almost catastrophic.

I like it because its quiet,and i get a big room the bed is huge,me and my sister,stay for a day because it closer to airport and a free shittle bus and free breskfast ,breakfast is so good,i dont like is the refrigerator in the room is not working,we call the receptionist and they sent someone to check it,they can't do anything about it,so they offer us to bring down my milk and put it in their refrigerator,i said never mind.im surprised they didnt offer to move to another room, but im not going to moved even they offered it bcoz my clothes are hang already in the dresser,

A wonderful place

Location is goid Breakfast are wonderful. I wish the air-conditioning worked in the room when I stayed since window are not to be opened. The shuttle bus is comfortable and small. It comes every 15 minutes or so. I wish the hotel had two buses so they can deliver more people more frequently.

Great location close to CDG. The area is an industrial park, so not the best for walking in the area. Hotel was very clean, staff was outstanding, professional and polite! My room was very large for EU standards! Restaurant was good for dinner and free breakfast had great selection. I will stay again!

We like that the van pick transportation was on time regularly and we'll identifiable. Staff was nice and helpful. Facility was clean . I did not like that the air conditioning did not work well and room was stuffy throughout our stay. They did provide fans but that just moved the air.

The frozen pizza was underwhelming. Need more options close by or better food quality. The pizza is not something you would expect from Italian Restaurants. The breakfast was excellent!

Good hotel right next to the airport

I was only in Paris for a day before heading to Madrid so wanted a hotel close to the airport. Jangle was close and also offered a free shuttle service although they only pick up and drop off in one location. I very much appreciated the detailed instructions on how to find their pick up/drop off as I arrived in Terminal 3 and needed to make my way to Terminal 2. The live feed of where the shuttle was was also very helpful. A slight improvement could be if they identified their shuttle in the instructions as the pick up spot had multiple hotel vans and shuttles picking up at the same spot. You can’t miss the Jangle shuttle, it’s extremely colorful with the hotel name right on the side. It was a short ride to the hotel and once I got there I realized I hadn’t eaten in half a day. Luckily the restaurant has a good selection of family friendly but also higher end foods. Lunch was very good with great service. I ordered a big bottled water to take back to the room and the waiter remembered to bring me a bottle opener. I appreciated not having to come downstairs to ask for one and his thoughtfulness. The room is basic but clean and modern. The toilet is separated from the bath so families can use both at the same time. It was a quick stay but had everything I needed for my virtual meetings. Good stay, friendly service and modern facilities. Will stay again!

The picture of the place advertised a pool that is not inside the property. We walked 5 minutes outside and it was not possible to use the place. It was packed already with local people. Also, we did not get the benefits of our membership. No upgrades, no free drinks.
