Romantic accommodation in Christianshavn

Very close to the metro, train; nice and helpful staff. Good experience

Great hotel, loved being able to walk to airport . Had an early morning flight. My only negative is not with the hotel but the restaurant there. I felt totally ripped off. I was asked if I wanted water? Which usually means it comes with meal. I was charged. I was given the wrong conversion for danish $ to US. I’m Canadian so I knew I had to convert again which I did I expected with tip my meal would be in Canadian about $ 50 less than it was. Be warned with places you spend, especially taxis as well they rip you off. Know the correct exchange! Restaurant totally ripped me off!

Gray stay

Well located, great view, lovely staff, beautiful room

Level of service excellent most specially the Tivoli Brasserie Restaurant. Their breakfast buffet was abundant and elegantly displayed. I would definitely stay here again. It is also close to the central train station and Tivoli Gardens.

Hotel was great! Very new and modern hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. We were there during the stock market building fire (obviously beyond their control) which made the hotel smell like smoke, but the hotel staff went through vigorous lengths to remove the smell from the building in a timely manor, which was well appreciated. Hotel is close to transportation and many good restaurants which is beneficial. Would definitely recommend this hotel again in Copenhagen.
