beds felt nice, shower was a little cramped but what can you expect, service was great, great view, it is quite easy to either freeze or feel hot in the room, felt confortable and safe in my room

Small and expensive

Coming from America this room was too small for 2 normal size adults. I picked the larger one also! 11 sq meters or 118 sq feet. Thought it would work based on the pictures. The bathroom was so small you could hardly move in it, shower-toilet-small sink in a tiny corner, like something in a camper. Was clean, did find cubby holes for storage, beds were at the wall, could barely walk between them, finding room for luggage was a challenge. Be careful of parking... it's extra. I got a ticket because of huge misunderstanding. I was told I could pay at checkout, which is what I am familiar with. The ticket is very very expensive and I am protesting it. More than willing to pay the regular parking fee and want to clear this up. Europe's hotels are expensive but IMO, $150.00 plus parking for a closet is just out there! But if all this doesn't matter, it is very clean!

The hotel was a very affordable price and was in a great location. The subway/metro and buses were a very short walk away making access to the city very easy. it was a 25/30 minute walk into the city. The room was very small and compact but this is shown in the pictures before booking. We booked a triple room with a double bed and bunk bed as it was cheaper then just a standard double. It was only on day 2 of an uncomfortable nights sleep that we realised the double bed was actually a sofa bed. The room was okay as a whole if you don't plan on spending much time in it. The bathroom was actually a wet room so everything got drenched. It also didn't have very good drains and smelt quite strong of urine in the mornings. When we arrived at the hotel at 10am, we were told there was no option for an early check in and we have to pay to store our luggage in lockers until we could check in that evening. The lounge and general reception area was messy and hadnt been cleaned after breakfast. It was, however, clean on every other day we stayed. The staff were very kind and helpful and the hotel was in a lovely loacation. As a whole, I would reconmned staying here for a short break if you plan on being out and about. If you are looking for anything more then a room to sleep in, this hotel is not for you.

Not even an hour after we checked in we were interrupted and barged in on by someone claiming to be “maintenance” who had key card access to our rooms. The concierge was nice and allowed us to switch rooms for our safety but the room we switched to had a porta potty sewage smell in the bathroom. It is also much farther from the central station or tivoli like they stated.
