Great location 5 mins walk to the Metro, the harbour is 10 mins away. Great convenience store at the end of the road for anything you need. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are comfy and clean and the is little noise to be heard.

The room and bathroom were okay, nothing special. We asked for the room to be cleaned but they never did it. They provided a very limited amount of toilet paper and towels. Overall we felt safe, and the location is unbeatable honestly. So if you’re looking for a quiet, affordable room in a central location, this is probably your best bet. But don’t raise your expectations. Great cafes all around the hotel, no need to buy their continental breakfast imo.

Walkable to everything I wanted to see: Nyhavn canal, Christiana, Stroget, the botanical garden and castle and the market at Torvehallerne. Dining all around. 3 Michelin restaurants within blocks. I however preferred Joe the Juice 2 blocks away for great sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is modern and the room, a module. All the basics are there and it's clean. Many business people seem to stay here. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's a madhouse. Staff is nice.

3 night stay , excellent location for City Centre , good sized room for short stay comfortable bed and pillows , clean , small shower cubicle ! Quiet room at rear of building, did not use any hotel facilities as out most of time , would return to this hotel

The breakfast room floor was always dirty. The WIFI was horrible. It would go in and out all the time. Extremely unreliable. We reported the issue and we were told that the WIFI capacity was not adequate for the amount of people in the hotel. Unreal!
