We had a nice and pleasant stay, enjoying the pool especially. We did expect bathrobes - and a better view would have been much appreciated. We were not asked about preferences about view or any thing else upon checking in. We did have a room with bath tub as requested though ☺️

The hotel was lovely but the only downside was when we went on Jan19-Jan 20 the swimming pool was under renovation. However the hotel provided us with another place to go swimming.
