This was our first experience staying at a Nobu property and it far exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, every detail was top notch. We made reservations at the Rooftop for appetizers and drinks, had dinner at the restaurant later that evening and attended the James Beard brunch event the following morning. I can't say enough wonderful things about the quality and service. This was our third Nobu restaurant experience, having gone to the Bahamas and Las Vegas properties. You have customers for life and we are excitedly looking forward to our next experience, which will be in Miami in two weeks. Change nothing, keep doing amazingly, and we will definitely be seeing you soon.

Staff was exceptional. The room was unpretentious and I liked that. The negative is that it is very loud. Loud from the El running nearby but also loud in the interior. The interior has a lot of hard surfaces, no insulation. I also found the room service options to be limited. Having said that, the price per room was great and, again, it was the best staff experience I’ve had in terms of genuine warmth and helpfulness. The hotel should find a local restaurant to provide more room service options and implement some sound dampening measures.

Best choice ever!!!

Nobu Chicago is a must! The cleanliness of the entire hotel, the friendly/attentive staff, and the atmosphere made my weekend a memorable one. The weather was beautiful so I was able to get out and visit local spots in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel as one of the best!

Honestly we know the Nobu is a well known hotel with its name and 5 star quality. Don’t usually write many reviews but I had to because of the excellent service of Charlie, Gino, and Rodrigo (I believe these are the names of the staff that helped us from May 8-10). When you have someone that has disability access needs, it can be worrisome when going on a trip but these staff members went above and beyond to support my family and recommend anyone that’s looking for a high quality hotel and excellent staff, no hesitations needed for Nobu. House cleaning staff members were super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to pay attention to every detail. Even with someone with wheelchair needs, location was perfect to reach Riverwalk, downtown, and many other areas.
