Excellent stay! Comfortable, clean, great location to walk everywhere. Suite was spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Naomi at front desk went above and beyond. Priscilla in housekeeping was friendly and incredibly hard working. Mark the belllman in downstairs lobby was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the Omni hotel were very professional and kind. They truly exceeded expectations with their generosity. They surprised my daughter with a birthday treat which was so unexpected because we didn't put this information on the reservation. The concierge simply heard us mention it when heading out one morning. This will be the first place we look to book again on our next visit to Chicago.
