This our go to hotel when we travel to NYC. The staff is helpful and friendly. It is clean and has great views as well as being super convenient to multiple subway lines to quickly take you anywhere you need to go in the city.

Everything was great except that I could only get ice from the bar. The only ice machine was on a different floor as my room and I was not allowed to get out on that floor (my key card only worked on the floor that my room was on. I appreciate the safety of this, but I like my ice.

Great for short break in the city

Short stay over after cruise trip, hotel is in a great location to explore lower manhatten and finance district. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room had everything we needed for short trip as a family. The rooms are a little dated and the cleanliness wasn’t great with some areas of the room not cleaned well. The aircon wasn’t great and the window didn’t shut correctly so room was a little noisy but do remember you’re in New York City so never silent. We would stay again. Breakfast was also very good!!
