This is the third time we have stayed at this Hilton in the Financial district and it has been a good experience each time! Very nice people at the front desk, both at check in and when coming and going from the hotel. My only note regarding service is that we had to check out quite early, around 5AM and 2 people were around the lobby area, but one was cleaning, not sure about the other one. We had asked at check in about splitting our bill between myself and my sister and they said they could take care of it when we checked out, however the 2 staff that were there that time of the morning did not seem to know what we were talking about and said that my credit card would have been charged at check in. However, I was charged correctly and we worked it out after the fact. This hotel is convenient for lots of walking areas and quick to get on subway to head towards the busier areas of Manhattan. I was also happy to get a great rate on Orbitz for this hotel stay. Thank you!

Great hotel!

Great location for downtown, nice pubs and restaurants nearby, opposite the Staten Island ferry port and South Ferry Subway with great connection Uptown and Brooklyn. Highly recommend and great to have a fridge and microwave in the room 😊 Good team of staff too…can have a good laugh.

Terrible The facilities are average, the service is mediocre, and the air conditioning is very noisy. I checked in at 11 PM but couldn’t fall asleep even by 4 AM. The only good thing is that it’s close to the ferry. I wouldn’t book this hotel again next time. Traveling and not getting any sleep for a night was really disappointing.
