He takes time to tell customers all the services the hotel offers including member rewards and also restaurants available in the area. Good service, the view and location were the main highlights. Very Clean, staff was helpful. We would stay there again. The only hang up we had at check in was they were late to check us in. We requested an early check in- they said okay we will call you. They called said our room was ready early. We showed up and room wasn't ready. We ultimately checked in after normal hotel check in time. It's fine just wasn't ideal. They apologized and it was a peaceful stay!
