I loved my room. Given that there was a festival 8/1-8/3 the 12am conversations in the hallway were loud. There were dirty dishes left in the hallway for hours, no ice available on our floor (5) and I had to go up to the 10th floor for ice. However, Rogelia, from Housekeeping was a gem! Thankfully Rogelia helped me locate a working ice machine for the champagne bottle I had. The outdoor pool looked nice, and I laid out on the loungers, which was relaxing. However, there needs to be an age limit for who can go into the hot tub. I saw three young ladies in the hot tub and suddenly a woman told her two small children (under 11 years old) to jump in to keep warm! If your children are cold, then they should go to their hotel room to get warm. One of the children said 'this isn't that warm'. That was a huge imposition on the three young women, having an adult conversation, to have two small children jump in such a small, contained space. Perhaps the small the children's pool on the rooftop could be heated, as a solution. That is a more appropriate place for a child. Not amongst adults who are strangers.
