When we first got there for my girlfriends birthday the person at the desk couldn’t find me in my reservation because he wasn’t putting the right name in and had my last name where my first name goes and vice versa. We then went to the room ad notice it wasn’t clean dog hair on table and stains on chair and like water drips all on the walls and down them the view was amazing we said something and still wasn’t moved to a better room or nothing. For it to have been a surprise for my woman it was not to our likes

Un-lucky St Patrick's weekend

Floors were dusty, no shampoo in the shower, given a $25 food/beverage credit but it was applied to coffee not food. Received a text every morning about a discount on coffee that wasn't accurate or applied. Just felt like the weekend was too much for them.

I booked 3 guests 2 days there was only one set of towels had to call for more two days in a row last day had to call twice took them about 30mins, no towels in the pool had to call even come down in person to request them. No garbage bags in any garage can had to use grocery bags for them glasses were dirty and do was the floor, room that was booked on the picture was the one we got was way smaller, location was perfect over all hotel was beautiful wouldn't mind staying again I hope it's better
