We enjoyed the room layout and view. It was nice to have a kitchenette that was prepared w/ dish soap, salt/pepper and olive oil as well as a sponge, paper towels and enough pots/pans. Being so close to the red line is a plus too.

Great location but poorly equipped kitchen

Great location at the heart of River North Chicago! However, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for a 2 week stay. We did not have enough dishes for the day (4 plates, 4 knives/forks, 2 bowls, etc..) and the pots and pans were very low quality. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable!

Kasa is my home away from home whenever I travel. Love Kasa’s use of technology, the sense of safety and security, and the outstanding property - a lovely condo in the sky, tastefully furnished, along with all the necessary items to make it feel like my own home. Great value and location.

Great corner apartment with an amazing view. This is very close to the main attractions. I would have given 5 stars rating but for the poor noise insulation, particularly from the neighboring apartments. The balcony has a huge gap in the railing so not ideal for small kids.

First time trying Kasa, the experience was good in general. The apartment is in the Mag Mile area and steps from a Whole Food Market, very safe and convenient. The checking process is easier than I expected and the main front deck staff is very friendly. The only complaint is the bath tub cleanliness where I had to put out literally a huge load of clogged hairs from the drainage for the water to drain.

We loved our stay at Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago. Check in was straightforward and easy and information was easy to access and comprehend. The suite itself was a great set up for our family of five with great city views, comfy beds and linens and everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The suite was surface clean but could use a deeper cleaning, and it could be stocked a bit better with the accurate amount of dishes per guest etc but nothing that would've changed our great experience here, we'd definitely choose to stay with Kasa again.

The apartment was very nice! Great views of the city from balcony. Large king bed. The only thing that could be improved was the mattress on the sofa bed. It was lumpy. I’d recommend changing it for a memory foam. The area around apartment was very nice with many restaurants within walking distance. You can’t go in and out of parking garage but I’m sure that’s not something Kasa regulates. I would definitely stay here again!
