Our stay was fine except for a few small things. The pool was closed and work was being done on the front of the building. Neither of those were communicated until after the non refundable room was booked. We had an issue with our travel and had to move the date by a day. After confirming with the front desk the date could be moved through Expedia they proceeded to not pick up the phone for Expedia for the remainder of the evening. When we finally got through the next day the price had gone up significantly. Very frustrating.

I was traveling with two 14 year olds on a business/vacation trip and we stayed here for five days. The location is great. I wanted a hotel that was convenient to the major attractions and downtown, and safe for the boys to walk around on their own. We were able to walk to Navy Pier, Millennium Park, the Loop, and the Hancock Building. It's a good 20-25 minute walk to Navy Pier, but you walk along Lakeshore Drive and it's very enjoyable. The property is very nice, although we didn't get the two beds that we selected through Orbitz. The hotel is on the red line, so not as convenient to the airport as a hotel on the blue line. Parking here is pricey. If you stay here, Hendrickx Belgian Belgian Bread Crafter is around the corner and an absolute must visit. Wildberry is on the other side and also very good. The Hancock Building is a two minute walk. If you love city views, the 360 experience is worth a visit, and is less crowded than the Willis Tower. We did the Tilt experience and it was not worth the money. If you go to Chicago and haven't gone on an architectural boat tour, this is an absolute MUST. Be sure to choose a tour affiliated with the Chicago Architectural Center because that's a nonprofit worth supporting AND the guides are amazing. It's a 20 minute walk from the hotel and you walk along MichiganAve., which rivals Fifth Avenue in New York for window shopping, retail, artwork, and restaurants. Love, love, love Chicago and would stay at this property again.

Our room was not serviced for 2 days. After informing the front desk (Alex & Steven) the 1st day no housekeeping came the 2nd day. We had to continue asking on day 2 until they finally came at 5pm. Worse than Motel 6 service. Also our coffee maker did not work the 1st 2 days until a technician came. Not a very customer focused hotel. Worst Hilton I've stayed in. Never again many other choices,

The toilet did not flush properly—you really have to press hard. The shower pressure was very weak. The rooms were very small and cramped. Breakfast is not included and is only available for purchase at the upscale restaurant on the ground floor.

Room nex to me had a crying baby for 3 nights. Even talked to shift manager and just got a sorry that is all we got. If the baby cries call security…really????!!! Front desk employee told me we cannot do anything at this time (9am) come back at 2 or later. When ingot back he wasnt there and i got a “at this time we cannot change you the cleaning staff has left for the day you should come back tomorrow morning
