Over all the hotel is nice but some of the staff is very rude the valet worker one wasn’t polite it was a incident in the hall where the valet person took a cart from me when I had it first to give it to someone else that came in after me very rude and unprofessional

This is an ok place to stay just because it’s usually cheaper. We stayed in a suite and it was average at best. The room felt dark because there were no overhead lights, and the worst part was there was no adjustment for the a/c in the room. Room was a decent size and close to Michigan Ave. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately I don’t think I will Be staying here again.

The guy at the front desk was amazing. He was so informal. It was my first time starting in downtown Chicago and it felt like home. Gave me a little map and also suggested delicious restaurants to try!

The property was way more expensive with parking fees which was more than it showed online prior. We upgraded the room and got the same room we would have gotten prior. I paid for a city view room. I was told at check in that they couldn't guarantee a view unless I paid to upgrade per night. Ridiculous to have to pay for the room to have Internet. We get free Internet and free breakfast at the much cheaper but still nice hotels. Could barely watch TV unless you paid more money for TV channels. The Big mirror was dirty with handprints and smudges all over it. Went to the pool this morning and couldn't get in with it our room key. The location was great. Guy at check in was super friendly and have us recommendations for local areas.
