Clean room many things close by nice staff. Breakfast right downstairs. One block away from hop on hop off bus, that was great. Convenient store across the street walking distance to river walk navy pier and beach.

It was excellent. The only flaw is the parking situation. They don’t have parking which forced you to pay $80 valley parking fee with no discount or any type of validation from the hotel, or you have to go find a cheaper parking garage away from the hotel paying $48 and that was the cheapest.

Great place to stay while in Chicago! Walking distance to Navy pier, restaurants and the shops on Michigan Ave. The staff was super friendly and nice! The property was clean and I loved the fragrance in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city and staying overnight. And request Lakeview.

Check-in was smooth and the staff was great. The room was spacious, but the hotel itself feels outdated. The furniture was old, the desk, coffee table and side tables looked tired, and the mattress was way too soft and mushy.
