Good, not great. Our room key kept disconnecting so we had to go to the front desk every night to have it reactivated. Our TV remote didn’t work. We were given a room near the lobby so we heard a lot of talking and loud voices all through the night. The room was clean though and the staff were polite.

The free airport shuttle service is good, the hotel is small but okay for a short stay, the only issue is there is no sound isolation between the rooms so you can hear everyone around you and it becomes noisy.

The microwave was dirty and did not work properly the refrigerator was dirty when asked to clean both was cleaned with the same rag bed sheets were dirty trash was never emptied shower curtain was dirty and nasty only one wash cloth they were dingy need to be torn down and rebuilt and staff who takes pride in there job

Fit the need for quick trip to Charlotte. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable after long day out. Only short coming was no soap in bathroom and shampoo/conditioner were so small it was difficult to wash. it happened to be a trip I traveled so lean that I didn't have any in my bag.
