Out of town from Atlanta and booked this place for a quick weekend trip to catch a concert at the PNC Music Pavilion and I'm so glad I did ! Check in was as easy as it gets - check in at the desk or you can check in on your phone . The room was extremely clean and spacious and the beds were super comfortable 👌. Loved the bathroom - that shower was the absolute best , I honestly could've stayed in that thing for an hour . Grabbing a drink and a bite before catching the show was pretty easy as the hotel offers a full bar and there are walkable surrounding resturants. We also really appreciated that the hotel had snacks and drinks for purchase at the front desk because late night snacks after a show are a must haha ! This place was great ! Associates were kind and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay here . I'll absolutely book this property again and look forward to staying here for the next concert we catch in Charlotte.

We stayed the night if a powerful storm, we lost power the majority of our stay and no accommodations or refund was offered. The front desk staff was nice but overwhelmed

NHRA race weekend

Very nice, an obviously fairly new hotel. Only 2 complaints (one of which no fault of the hotel) were very noisy neighbors that rolled in at 1am and decided to have a wrestling match and a less than friendly breakfast attendant. Nothing major, and we will be back!

I think they need to step the breakfast. I was limited and the food was average, but the eggs were very poorly prepared. They were like large curd cottage cheese. If anything, you need to work on breakfast and add some more options.
