The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable! The lady that ran the breakfast area did a jam up job!! Staff at desk were friendly and welcoming!

The indoor pool was freezing cold. The weekend pool hours close too early. People have things to do & can’t get back at 10pm to make it to the pool. The cost is too high for the room not to be spotless. The floor was dirty & there were handprints all over the furniture which means it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Do better, housekeeping.

We usually love this hotel chain but the clientele was a bit vulgar this trip. Lots of cursing and not enough food or utensils for the Sunday breakfast. Toilet was overflowing in the public restroom and could not find staff to address it. Saturday to Sunday was not good. The other nights were fine.

We went to Charlotte for a concert near PNC Music Pavillion, this hotel is conveniently nearby. They had a continental breakfast AND dinner AND they gave us vouchers for 2 free drinks from the bar each day of our stay! We got out of the concert so late that everything around was closed. Luckily, the hotel had a little market with frozen dinners and snacks! Drury will definitely be on the top of my list from now on.
