Hotel staff were all very friendly. However, the 1st night of our stay, there was a situation with someone car horn going off constantly all night. Many of us did not feel like staff did really anything to try to find out who's vehicle it was to stop it. We knew which car it was coming from, but noone was in it. Maybe from here on out, keep peoples vehicles/plate numbers on file.

Dee was so helpful when we arrived at 11pm. The room # was transposed leading us to an occupied room (no access, key wouldn't work). Dee effortlessly made it right with ease and calmness. Offering us additional welcome pack which was a nice touch after a long drive coming from ATL. The property itself is conveniently located and you can't beat the breakfasts buffet and 5:30pm kickback. Drury Inn has a new customer and I'll stay here anytime I'm in Charlotte! Highly recommend!

Glad I discovered the Drury!

I truly enjoyed my 4 night stay at the Drury in Charlotte, NC. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable, my room was serviced each day & bed was made, the morning and evening foods were great, and it was nice to be able to get coffee or soda at any time! I look forward to staying at a Drury again in the future.
