It took a long time for them to find me a room. I was late checking in but had booked a room! I was startled the next morning by security asking who I was and telling me they had no record of me being there! If something had happened, my family would not have been notified! They told me to call the front desk……etc. etc.. My daughter in law was internally bleeding and I needed to get to the hospital but was being bothered every way I turned! I’ve never had such an experience at any hotel! A Hilton hotel is supposed to be a wonderful place to stay! Elizabeth Lawson

The room space is good, but the air conditioning is very noisy, even though set the fan in low. Airport shuttle service is badly managed. I waited for the shuttle for an entire hour in cold, even though I called and was told the shuttle would be there 15-20 minutes. It didn’t show up till one hour later. The actual driver time is 15 minutes only.

I had to book last minute because MY Flight was cancel. I have stayed in double tree hotels before and I always had a good experience, this time I was not too happy and all started at check in, and everything went downhill from there. The staff was not friendly, instructions where not clear. We asked id they had toothbrushes and we were point out to walk over to the pharmacy, it was the middle of the night and the temperature was 26 degrees. This showed a lack of empathy on behalf of both of the employees checking us in.

The carpet had a fresh ketchup stain on it, Pillow cases were dirty, the front desk staff weren’t friendly when I checked in, although I had already prepaid for breakfast I was told I had to pay, until one of the staff members had to call someone else to confirm what I’ve already told them.
