Staff friendly. Room wasn’t ready until well after 4pm check in time. Breakfast area signs stated open daily at 7:00 am. 9:00 am still not open.

Nice hotel. Had a courtyard room near the pool. Front desk, staff exceedingly nice and helpful. Small fridge in microwave in each room. Free Breakfast was not available yet because not high season.

This property was very nice, without a doubt. Only complaints i really have are the fact my room (room 332) didn't have hot water when I took a shower, the air conditioner under the window was not adjustable, and the fact you have to pay $5 per day for parking (they take it out of the $100 deposit you make at the front desk). Other than that, it's in a convenient location for those that would be traveling to a concert at the PNC Pavilion.
