I did not get the room I booked. I booked a king bed with a sleeper sofa. Hyatt did not have any available for our stay. We end up using a double queen.

Nice staff and very attentive. Liked the convenience of the location but the overall quality and cleanliness of the hotel rooms were somewhat average, given its location my expectations in those areas did not align with overall experience. Spectrum Center was in walking distance and Midnight Diner right across the street with good food! Staff at hotel were amazing. Hotel always clean. Breakfast every morning did not disappoint. Valet parking was convenient and easy.
