Daylon was the consummate professional. She met our every request and because of her alone we would highly recommend the Fulton Inn. That said the Inn had many other points to recommend it, location, cleanliness, breakfast delivered to your room and well appointed rooms.

We enjoyed our stay and the check-in staff was excellent. The in-room breakfast was a very nice touch. At checkout, the parking garage elevator was broken and my husband had to carry luggage up five flights of stairs. The hotel charges for parking in this garage, so a broken elevator is a reflection on them. A simple heads-up would have allowed us to pull the car to street level to load our luggage, just like we did at check-in.
